Let it be recorded that on the eighteenth day of July, in the year two thousand and twenty-six, the Kingdom of Arya was founded — not upon conquered land, but upon an idea whose time has come: that nobility, intellect, and creativity cannot be confined by geographical borders or traditional bureaucracies.
The Crown Domain, aryakingdom.com, is hereby consecrated as the sovereign territory of the realm. Its capital rests upon the decentralized servers of the global network; its borders are drawn not in soil but in loyalty, merit, and honor. The government of the realm shall be a constitutional monarchy, with King Arya I as its founding Sovereign.
The national flag — a diagonal tricolor of Royal Azure, Pure White, and Imperial Gold, bearing the Golden Lion at its heart — shall fly over every page of the Crown Domain. The motto of the realm shall be Ex Digitis, Nobilitas: from the digital realm, honor is born.
The gates of citizenship stand open to every nation on Earth. Membership in this Kingdom is not inherited by birth, but earned by merit, vision, and the desire to be part of something greater than oneself. Welcome to the new era of nobility.
The Royal Chancery announces that the Registry of the realm is now open and receiving petitions across all four orders of honor: the Citizen's Oath, the Path of Chivalry, the High Nobility, and the Sovereign Circle.
Each petition is reviewed by the Chancery and, upon confirmation, sealed by decree. Citizens receive an official Digital Passport and a unique Citizen ID; Knights and Dames receive the Royal Decree of their title and the right to the style of Sir or Lady; Lords and Ladies receive a symbolic Land-Grant and a seat in the Royal Advisory Council; Dukes and Duchesses join the Sovereign Circle with governorship of a digital district.
Petitions are submitted through the official citizenship form; during the Founding Era all honors are free of charge, and each petition is granted or declined by decision of the Sovereign, normally within seventy-two hours. The Chancery reminds all petitioners that titles of Arya are symbolic honors of a cultural community, carried with pride and good humor.
Where the Realm Stands
A state is defined not only by its symbols but by its convictions. These are the standing positions of the Kingdom of Arya, held by decree and defended by its citizens.
The Kingdom holds that every person deserves respect in digital spaces as surely as in physical ones. Harassment, humiliation, and cruelty are incompatible with citizenship of Arya. The Code of Chivalry binds every bearer of a title of this realm, from Citizen to Duke.
Arya exists to shelter and celebrate creators. The realm stands for the freedom to build, write, design, compose, and imagine — and for the principle that creative work deserves recognition, patronage, and honor.
The Kingdom recognizes no distinction of geography among its citizens. A citizen connecting from any continent stands equal before the Crown. Distance is meaningless; unity is absolute.
Arya conducts itself openly. The realm states plainly, in its laws and on every page, what its titles are and are not. Honor built on honesty endures; honor built on illusion does not. This is why the white band crosses the center of our flag.
No title of Arya is inherited. Every honor of the realm is earned by merit, vision, and contribution. The Kingdom holds this to be the only legitimate foundation of modern nobility.
